Our wedding day spanned both the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Fernbank Museum, beginning before dawn when our team arrived at 6:00 AM to build the mandap in the Rose Garden. The morning Sikh ceremony was vibrant, musical, and overflowing with color; fabrics, garlands, and laughter animated the garden as family and friends celebrated. While guests moved to the Botanical Garden Venue for lunch, our crew transformed the Rose Garden into a refined setting for the later civil ceremony. We worked quickly and carefully—refreshing arrangements, adjusting drapery, and refining floral placements—to ensure the space felt new and fresh for vows to follow.

After the civil ceremony, we refreshed and reimagined every floral element again, transporting arrangements used for lunch and the Rose Garden to the Fernbank Museum. Shifting a full day of design across two iconic Atlanta venues required intense coordination, stamina, and creative problem solving.

The couple’s trust and the team’s dedication elevated each setup, and though the schedule was strategic and challenging, we are so proud of how the day unfolded. By evening the Fernbank space thrummed with energy, and the party continued into the late hours with dancing, toasts, and lingering joy.

This wedding was a testament to flexibility and teamwork—proof that careful planning, creative adaptability, and an energetic crew can transform multiple venues into a single, unforgettable celebration. Photographers captured every emotive moment, from colorful Baraat processions to quiet exchanges during the civil vows, creating a visual story that will keep these memories vivid for decades and generations beyond.
